We provide a national credit report from various sources, including collections information and a credit score.

Our housing history search provides detailed housing history information, including unlawful detainers, eviction records, and Forcible Entry and Detainer (FED) records, as well as our Rental Research Services-exclusive Rental Report Card database search. Our proprietary, unlawful detainer database is constantly updated to ensure a higher percentage of verified returns on your report. 


Criminal Background

Our National Criminal Index (NCI) database search includes more than 430 million criminal records from across the nation. Our criminal background checks include reporting of data from national and local criminal databases, including at the county level where available, as well as from the OFAC terrorist database. We also conduct a search of the sex offender database.
