It was back in 1995 when Lee and I had first met at his Minnetonka office. I was a new investor and looking for assistance with screening prospective tenants. He personally took the time to show how his business can help clients like myself and he educated me on the laws that landlords are required to follow. Our paths crossed again at the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA). Lee was very active with MHA by serving on several committees(Independent Owners, Membership, and Product Ambassadors), as well as serving on the Board of Directors.
