TIPS FOR SUCCESFUL SCREENING

The Consumer Review Process:

There are instances (more often for some, less often for others) when an applicant's Instant Inquiry and/or VCR produce less-than-desirable results.  In this instance, "adverse action" needs to be taken.  This can be defined as an increase in security deposit, requiring a co-signer/guarantor or simply denying the application.  When you have reached this point, please remember to notify the applicant using our "Notice of Adverse Action" form and referring them to our toll-free Consumer Review Line at 1-800-624-7422.  This form can be found under "Forms and Help documentation" in our secured web site.Verify Your Input:
