RESIDENTAL OCCUPANCY PERFORMANCE REPORTS
For over 35 years, Rental Research Service’s “Problem Renter Database” has contained an extensive database of individuals who were identified by our clients as being problem renters.  Today, the “Problem Renter Database” has evolved into the Residential Occupancy Performance Report, or “ROPR”.  The ROPR reporting system involves more than just a system to report undesirable residents.  The ROPR enables you to not only keep providing information on problem renters, but also report on desirable residents by reporting their positive rental history and expediting future applications.  You can also supply information on renters whom you categorize as “neutral” (neither positive nor negative).

This system will reduce the burden you assume when contacted for a reference in the future, since you will no longer have to dig through the files to find an individual’s rental history.  Simply supply the information to us and be done with it!  The ROPR service is provided at no cost to you.  ROPR's that reflect either a positive or neutral rental experience will remain in our system indefinitely.  Those that reflect a negative rental experience will only remain in our system for 7 years.

Coming Soon:  Submit your ROPR’s online!  Send the rental history while it’s fresh in your mind by clicking on our website and supplying the information in our easy-to-follow format.  This service will be available to you in the very near future.
