Text Box: St. Paul Public Housing Chooses RRS!
Text Box: More Clients Equals More Strength
Text Box: “Our growing list of clients adds strength to the system...”
Text Box: “...we now have the majority of the public housing in the Twin Cities metropolitan area as clients.”

As more clients from around the nation are added to our ever-expanding group of users, your reports become even more valuable.  ROPR reports (see article on page 4) are being submitted by users all over the nation, adding to the already enormous database of reports about problem renters.  Our growing list of clients adds strength to the system through these reports.

Many of these new clients are public housing authorities.  They deal with many people that face some true challenges, and they tend to experience a higher rate of problem tenants.  ROPR reports from the housing authorities are adding important data to your reports.  By reporting their problem residents they prevent others from having to face the same problem.  By reporting positive activity for their best residents they will eventually help these people move out of public housing, and on to market rate housing.

Another benefit of all of the new clients coming aboard is the level of funds they make available to us for further development and improvement of our products.  One of the major reasons we developed the National Criminal Index search was to accommodate the desire for the housing authorities to search as wide of an area as possible for criminal histories.

We recently added the St. Paul Public Housing Agency to our list of clients.  With nearly 4500 units of public housing and more than 4000 Section 8 units to administer, this is one of our larger clients.  While it took many months for them to evaluate several competitors, after very close scrutiny they chose Rental Research Services to provide them with resident screening data.

Similar to other new clients, they performed a test by running individuals with known criminal histories through all of the competitors systems.  Upon comparison they found that we consistently found more of the data than the others.  Needless to say, finding criminal information is critical to your resident screening efforts.

We never mind potential applicants comparing us against the competition.  When you have been in business for more than 35 years and have the strongest products to offer, there isn’t too much to worry about.

With the addition of the St. Paul Public Housing Agency we now have the majority of the public housing in the Twin Cities metropolitan area as clients.  They are now part of the system that strengthens your resident screening data.
